To aid in custom bending and stamping, our application division provides capabilities of coating panels, sheet stock, and tubing with excellent lubricity to specs as thin as .00025 inches to accommodate maximum usage of materials and minimum die buildup. We also have the capability to tailor heavy build areas which serve practical in the most difficult of forming processes while still maintaining excellent material usage. Our capability of pre-lubricated products range from prototype to high volume OEM production.

Our standard application techniques include submersion and electrostatic enhanced mechanical spray.
