WarrantyJay & Kay Mfg, Inc. 3-Year Warranty Jay & Kay Mfg, Inc. warrants, that for a period of 3 years from the date the designated items were shipped to the OEM:
Jay & Kay warranty Policy - May 7, 2008 Jay & Kay provides it’s customers a 3 year warranty on all arch and hardtop products, which covers the finish, any cracks, fractures, or structural failure due to material or labor. Jay & Kay will support this warranty directly, through associated contractors/service centers, or through the original boat manufacturers Dealers that can properly service the product issue. The warranty is pro rated. Jay & Kay will not be responsible for loss or damage to any equipment not associated with its product. No dealer or manufacturer is the agency of Jay & Kay Mfg. and may not assume for Jay & Kay Mfg. any liability in connection with this warranty.
Defects must be reported to Jay & Kay Mfg., 72 Louise Street, Croswell, MI 48422, in writing, within 30 days of discovery, with the following information: Jay & Kay Mfg. LLC Warranty number, boat VIN#, boat location, boat model and date of manufacture, name and address of current owner, nature of defect including pictures and proof of purchase with date.
If, the purchased item has been modified by persons other than Jay & Kay Mfg. or its authorized contractors, this warranty is null and void.
There are no other warranties expressed or implied. Jay & Kay Mfg, restricts its warranty to repair. Jay & Kay Mfg, shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages caused as a result of any defect in material, workmanship or repair. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
